Once again British International School, Phuket is hosting the Novice and Intermediate FOBISIA Wind Band Festival from Friday March 1st until Sunday March 3rd. We have 80 students coming to join us from several schools namely Harrow International School Beijing, North London Collegiate School Jeju, Garden School KL, Park City Malaysia and Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, to play alongside 52 BISP students.

The Intermediate Band will be conducted by Monte Mumford, acclaimed US band director and the Novice Band by our own Ian Wilkinson. Students will work with their respective conductors over the weekend and also take part in some non-musical activities to allow new friendships to develop.
On Saturday evening March 2nd at 6.30pm in the Auditorium we will be joined by the award winning Siam Saxophone Quartet, who will perform at an entertaining concert that will suit all ages.
