Where Are Haut-Lac Alumni Today?

After being an international school for thirty years, Haut-Lac has developed a strong and expansive alumni network.

A Global Network

Back in 1993, we could not have imagined how far our students would travel or how many of them there would be. Even the United States seemed like a distant and exciting destination for our graduates at that time!

A Global Connection

Today, with students from over 48 countries, we have a dedicated staff member whose role is to stay in touch with alumni worldwide!

Thanks to Debbie, alumni liaison, our network on LinkedIn allows us to maintain contact and continue the relationships built during their time at Haut-Lac, transcending borders and class years.

At Home in Switzerland & Europe

Many of our alumni have gone on to study at prestigious universities across Europe. Popular destinations include Switzerland (home to renowned institutions like EPFL, EHL, and UNIL), as well as the UK, the Netherlands, Spain, and France.

However, Haut-Lac alumni have never limited themselves to Europe.

Ready for Global Adventure

With the confidence and skills gained at Haut-Lac, many have ventured much further. You might run into an alumnus in the United States, Canada, or even on the other side of the world in China, Japan, Australia, or New Zealand!

Each Haut-Lac graduate is unique, and as such, they are found in a wide array of careers and locations. They truly represent the diverse world we live in today.

Always Part of the Haut-Lac Family

We always enjoy reconnecting with our alumni at events like our annual IB2 graduation, where former students are invited to speak, and through the stories they share in our yearbook about their journeys.

This year, there have been alumni reunions in both Switzerland and London, and we also reconnected with many more during Haut-Lac’s 30th anniversary celebrations.

We are incredibly grateful to our alumni for proudly representing Haut-Lac around the globe, and we wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
