What an exciting start to the year! Virtus College opened its doors last Thursday, 5th of September, for the academic year 2024-25, and it was a joy to see all our students back, looking wonderful in their new uniforms. The energy and excitement were contagious as we prepared for a year filled with learning, laughter, and a thriving Sixth Form community.
Our dedicated teachers have already hit the ground running. This week, they participated in INSET training, ensuring they are fully equipped for the year ahead. We were thrilled to have external speakers from London, who led a fantastic workshop on Teaching and Learning, offering new insights and techniques to enhance classroom experiences.
In addition, our staff was excited to learn about the launch of the High Performance Programme, a new initiative designed to support our top ability students in reaching their full potential.
We’re ready for an inspiring and successful year at Virtus College. Let’s make 2024 a year to remember!
