In December, The Global College’s staff and students go on a week-long trip to Val Thorens, France for the Winter Campus program. This program provides students with the opportunity to learn in a new environment and enjoy skiing on the slopes. This way, they learn in diverse settings beyond the classroom with the best EdTech tools and methodologies.
At The Global College we implement Liquid Learning, a methodology with an adaptive and flexible approach to learning that combines technology, innovative methods, and personalized instruction. This approach encourages students to take ownership of their learning process while being supported by highly trained teachers and mentors.
During the Winter Campus, asynchronous learning took place in the afternoons, which allowed them to learn at their own pace and acquire new perspectives. Students skied in the mornings, practiced their language skills in France, and had the opportunity to bond with their classmates and teachers.
