Laurel Springs School is proud to announce the launch of “Transformation Thursdays”, a groundbreaking new panel series designed to address the critical issues facing students, families, and educators in today’s fast-evolving educational landscape. The series kicks off in January 2025 and will run through May, featuring monthly virtual events on the second Thursday of each month at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT.
Each 60-minute panel will feature an expert moderator and a diverse group of 3-4 specially curated panelists, including thought leaders, educators, and notable alumni, offering fresh perspectives and actionable insights on the most pressing educational topics.
The panel discussions are designed to focus on the broader topics at hand, not Laurel Springs School specifically. The panels will be led by expert moderators from outside organizations, not Laurel Springs staff. While some moderators may have experience with Laurel Springs, they have been asked to maintain a neutral perspective during the discussions. Laurel Springs may come up organically, along with other schools in the SEG portfolio, as well as other private and public institutions, but the spotlight will remain on the issues being explored.
