Three BISP Sea Eagle Swimmers took part in the Thai Short Course Championships from the 20th to the 24th of December at Assumption University in Bangkok. With three swimmers participating, BISP took home four gold medals, two silver medals, a 5th place and a 6th place finish.
Duana Lama had record-setting performances in her breaststroke events setting three new Nepalese national records in the 50, 100, and 200 breastroke! Duana added a Gold in the 400-metre freestyle and a 5th place in the 200 freestyle. Jaidee Baumann swept the breaststroke events taking home gold in the 50, 100, and 200 Breastroke events. Finally, Soumaya Fulton had a personal best in the 50 freestyle and finished 6th in the finals.
Congratulations to Duana, Jaidee and Soumaya for their achievements and performance at the Thai Short Course Championships. The hard work and dedication they put in was evident in their results. They should all be proud of their accomplishments.
