Our online school strives to ensure every child feels comfortable in their learning environment, so we provide the option to choose whether students have their cameras on or off, as well as whether they prefer to communicate via their microphone or the class chat. This is to help students feel more confident in their education without the stress of having to be on camera or answer in front of the entire class. We still encourage our students to interact in their classes but in a way that they feel most comfortable doing so.

Students can easily get in touch with their teachers about any questions they may have through their class page on our online learning platform. Students can also access the helpdesk from the home page, making it simple for them to get support with anything they need help with. Our staff always aims to respond as quickly as possible to any questions and concerns to help students feel confident in their learning.
