Parent and Student Reviews
- Our daughter has been with King IH for 5 years since year 3. She is has aspects of Autism, OCD, ADD and the schedule and way of learning has brought stability, calmness and eased the negative symptoms of her conditions. She can focus without distraction and concentrate on creative subjects like film studies and music which she loves. There are no teachers shouting or attempting to control a noisy classroom and no bullies either. Teachers do what they do best, teach and the kids are given the space to learn and interact. There is support, after school clubs and healthy community. Having homeschooled for a year, online school has improved our family relationships, allowed us to work from home and be secure that our girl is receiving a top notch education. Would highly recommend.Show more
- My daughter Mia (year 8) is thriving since starting at Kings Interhigh. She struggled with mainstream school due to autism. Everything about it is brilliant. It runs like a mainstream school but all online. The platform they use is fantastic – easy to navigate. Live lessons are recorded so if my daughter becomes overwhelmed she can always go back to watch the recording. I love that she can choose the subjects she has a passion for such as drama and film studies. The SEN offering is brilliant and there are additional courses available for anxious children. Since starting with Kings, Mia has become a different child. Happier and calmer and is slowly getting her confidence back. THIS is how a school should run – by building the children up and encouraging their strengths! I have my fingers crossed that Mia’s confidence will grow even more and she will attend one of the amazing meet ups they organise. I would give Kings Interhigh more than 5 stars if I could!Show more
- In 2020, during the pandemic, I enrolled my two sons in King’s InterHigh (KIH), then known as InterHigh. The enrollment process was straightforward, and the school’s induction session provided a smooth transition to online learning. The administration staff, teachers, and school management have always demonstrated their commitment to ensuring a comfortable, conducive, and high-quality education for my sons. Both of them have developed a deep appreciation for KIH, and their passion for learning has grown significantly. They have become completely independent learners, reaffirming my belief that choosing this school was a wise decision. Overall, KIH has positively impacted my children’s education and personal growth.Show more
- November, 2024Choosing Kings InterHgh for my daughter Ella has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Ella used to feel overwhelmed in big classroom settings, where the noise and pace of traditional schools made it hard for her to thrive. At Kings InterHigh, the flexibility and personalised nature of online learning have completely transformed her educational experience. The smaller class sizes and structured yet flexible approach allow Ella to focus without distractions. She’s more confident asking questions in online discussions and has developed a deeper understanding of her subjects. What’s even more impressive is how much more she’s learned here compared to her time in a traditional classroom. Thank you Kings InterHigh for all that you have done for Ella.Show more
- We moved our son at year 7/8 to KIH and have not looked back. The transfer from bricks and mortar a independent fee paying grammar to online home school has meant our son can live, learn and grow freely. As an alpine ski racer my son was forced to make a choice and risked his sport, but KIH provided the flexibility he needed to train and learn at the same time and create balance. The school now travels with him and all lessons recorded means he can train on the mountain and replay when he returns. We have honestly seen an overall improvement in his grades and development and the relaxed learning allows him to complete S&C, Basketball and other physical training at the same time as learning. As parents we love the transparency created by the portal where both parent, student and teacher all have access to and see all learning, progress, test results and homework, real time. The costs are far more manageable, rolling monthly or annually. The systems KIH use are very easy to work with and intuitive. Communications is excellent and teachers accessible. We met and reviewed all the current UK online schools and KIH stood shoulders above the others. As parents we have sat in on many lessons and watch and listened and genuinely impressed. Quality of teaching is high, engaging and also more up-to-date and with more modern and relevant content that captures youths interest. Breaks are better and allow time for students to take a comfort break or even grab a decent lunch. We also really enjoy having him home with us and seeing him in the day time and even having lunch with him. Home school online brings balance and allows your child to have a life and pursue their dreams, sport, acting, business whatever their desire without sacrificing their learning. Kings Inter High hugely support and showcase this success and there are so many amazing students that have been through KIH learning. Take confidence they are backed by the huge school group Inspired with global footprint and bringing the best in global learning and education.Show more
- October, 2024When my wife became seriously ill, I took my children out of prep school and enrolled them at Wendover, where they stayed for 3 years. At prep school, they had been very average academically, but their time at Wendover transformed them—they developed a real love for learning. We later moved to Spain and decided to place them in an international school, thinking it would help us integrate. They are now top of their respective years academically and still often talk about how much they miss Wendover. I can’t recommend Wendover highly enough, and my children would be happy to share their experiences with anyone who’s interested.Show more
- July, 2024My 4th grader finally loves school!! We tried traditional public school, world schooling, home schooling and even unschooling! This provides the balance between the structure she needs and the freedom she wants! Cannot recommend it more!Show more
- July, 2024We could not be happier with bina school. Our 6 year old loves her teachers and classmates and is learning so much better than when she was in traditional school. It is great for her to have classmates and teachers from all over the world. The tools and resources they use make learning really fun for our daughter.Show more
- July, 2024I think Bina is one the best online school for children. For me, as father, the most important is my kid’s feelings, her happiness to visit school, her bright eyes and smile when she tells me about her day in Bina. She likes lessons and even during her weekend she looks forward to come back to Bina.Show more
- When we were looking for an online school for our daughter, it was important to find a place with an individualized approach to each child. Our choice fell on Bina School, and we were not mistaken. The incredible care for the children is evident in everything. Our daughter is thrilled with the interesting projects. She has come to love reading books, learned to work in a team, and is making progress thanks to the attentive teachers. The focus on the child’s emotional well-being is paramount.
Although our child did not know any English before joining Bina, after six months, we have a bilingual child who doesn’t notice whether she watches cartoons in her native language or English. But most importantly, we are delighted with how eagerly our daughter runs to her lessons and how many positive emotions she shares after classes. This school has been a true revelation for us, and we are immensely grateful for its contribution to our daughter’s development.BINA ONE LOVE ❤️Show more - Bina keeps kids engaged with plenty of breaks, perfect for my 5-year-old. Daily activities are well-organized and engaging. Initially, we had to assist with the computer, but our son became independent within weeks. The teachers are exceptional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about each student’s progress, providing personalized attention. The curriculum is well-rounded, fostering a love for learning. Bina offers extracurricular activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork, helping our child develop new interests and skills.Communication is excellent, with regular updates, meetings, and quick responses via Telegram groups with teachers and staff. We can meet with teachers as needed, and Bina tailors education to each child.Bina School excels in providing a well-rounded education, nurturing personal development, and fostering a strong sense of community. We are incredibly grateful for its positive impact on our child’s education and development.Show more
- This school has exposed my child to vaping, edibles, mobbing and many horrible things for an 8th grader within 1 year who came from a China controlled British school (dulwich) environment. They are focus on tuition and not academic progress. My child was placed in the wrong level and even after raising this issue nothing. The headmaster is rude and does not answer unless she wants to. I would not send any child to this school which is asking too much but is not worth the money you spend on your child’s education! Really bad!Show more
