At Australian International School (AIS) our mission is to provide an educational experience that will enable and inspire our students from Kindergarten to Year 13 to succeed. Since our establishment in 2006, we have continued to achieve this by delivering a high-quality international education.

AIS is one of the top IB World Schools in Vietnam offering an international curriculum that starts with IB’s (International Baccalaureate) Primary Years Programme, then continues in the Middle Years with Cambridge’s IGCSEs and culminates in the Senior School with the IB Diploma Programme. All these empower students to think critically and develop self-confidence to reach their academic potential.

Our IB Diploma exam results are regularly above the world average and enable students to receive offers from the world’s leading universities.

In addition to the focus on academic excellence, AIS offers opportunities for sports, arts, music, and leadership skills equipping students with future employment skills for the fourth industrial revolution. Our Australian values of fairness and a have-a go attitude also means students develop resilience and manage their wellbeing to overcome challenges and want to make a positive difference in the world.

The students are taught at three open and spacious campuses in Ho Chi Minh City. There is plenty of room for children to grow, while providing a safe environment so they can participate in active learning and exploration. Students have access to state-of-the art facilities like the IB Centre, libraries, music suites, technology and science labs, indoor gymnasium, football fields and pools provide space for students to build their knowledge and abilities.

To also support the study of students across locations, AIS offers a premium boarding option as part of our holistic educational complement. AIS has recently opened its own Boarding residence. Accommodating up to 50 local and international students, the boarding facility is the first of its kind among premium international schools in Ho Chi Minh City.
