Overview
Welcome to the only school in the world where your child can learn without limits.
We believe every child deserves an education that’s as unique as they are. That’s why, through our online, pupil-led learning approach, our students can choose what, where, when, and how they study, from ages 3 to 18 – with no live lessons, set timetables or crowded classrooms to hold them back from unleashing their full potential.
Thanks to the flexibility to set their own schedule, work at their own pace, study the subjects they’re most interested in, and learn in ways that work best for them – with 1:1 support from our dedicated team and global school community – we are the online school that gives you and your child complete freedom to shape their future, today. We’ve not just taken traditional school and made it digital: we’ve pioneered a whole new way of learning, giving you peace of mind that your child will benefit from a 100% personalised, world-class education, that gives them the best start.
Ever since we were founded over a century ago in 1894, we’ve helped learners of all levels across the world to achieve their ambitions and open up new opportunities – including Nelson Mandela, who studied with us whilst imprisoned in Robben Island jail! Today, we’re supporting over 3,000 homeschooling students in more than 130 countries to excel through personalised learning.
Our outstanding team of specialist UK-qualified teachers, internationally respected Cambridge curriculum, dedicated Student Progress Managers, and thriving online social community equip our students with the confidence and capability they need to thrive, both academically and personally.
And you can trust that our innovative, pupil-first approach works: with over 250 families rating us 4.7 out of 5 on TrustPilot.

Academics
We’re the only online school in the world that offers fully asynchronous, independent learning, which means you and your child have total control over how they study. There are no live lessons or set timetables, enabling your child to set their own schedule – so they can prioritise learning when they’re most productive, focus more on extracurricular pursuits and hobbies, and spend more time building enriching experiences outside of their studies.
We’re proud to be a Cambridge-approved online school, and the only online school that’s Cambridge-approved for Primary level. By studying courses aligned with this globally respected UK curriculum, your child can open up opportunities to study and work with leading universities and employers around the world – with some of our students going on to earn places at Oxford and Cambridge.
Throughout their courses, your child will also be supported by our 158-strong team of experienced Tutors, who are all specialists in their subjects and study levels. They provide helpful, supportive advice and feedback to guide students’ learning, including marking assignments so that students can achieve the results they’re capable of.
As well as receiving expert academic guidance and feedback from their Tutors, our students benefit from dedicated pastoral support from their Student Progress Manager (SPM) at every stage of their studies. We also offer 1:1 advice for students who may need additional wellbeing or SEND support, to ensure that everyone who studies with us can thrive throughout their learning journey.
