The International School of Flanders comprises two campuses - Waterloo and Tervuren, we cater for children ages 2.5- 18. We are accredited by CIS (Council of International Schools), BSO (British Schools Overseas) and COBIS (Council of British International Schools) and are a registered Cambridge Exam Centre.

We offer small class sizes, individual attention and differentiated learning. In our Primary sections, we follow the International Primary Curriculum. In our Secondary section Years 7-9, students follow a curriculum based on the National Curriculum of England and Wales, in Years 10-11 students follow a two-year IGCSE year programme from Cambridge and our Year 12-13 (A-Level) curriculum caters for students aged 17-18, preparing them for University.

Our community is truly international, and we embrace individual differences, cultures, and religions. We foster in students the values of understanding, cooperation, honesty and respect. We believe that building a child’s self-esteem and confidence is paramount. ISF is a Google for Education school. All our students have access to Google learning resources using Chromebooks, Tablets and Clevertouch boards. ISF is also working towards becoming a Green Flag school, and as such our students are involved in Eco-Friendly initiatives both in school and in the local community.
