Teachers monitor progress, answer questions, and provide additional help when needed. 2. Dedicated Academic Advisors Each student is paired with an advisor who guides them from enrollment to graduation. Advisors help students select courses, create academic plans, track weekly progress, and provide encouragement and accountability. 3.
