Year 12 student Wadeed from the British International School Abu Dhabi has achieved something truly remarkable, the highest grade globally in the 2025 IGCSE Business Studies exam, scoring an outstanding 149 out of 160.
Driven by a genuine love for the subject and a passion for exploring different perspectives, Wadeed combined creativity with strategy. His study routine included active recall, past paper practice, and a deep dive into examiner reports to master exam technique.
He credits his teachers, including Ms. Chowdhury, for helping him apply theory in meaningful ways and build the confidence to succeed.
To honour his achievement, Wadeed received a Headteacher’s Commendation Award from Mrs. McGlue and is now continuing his journey in IB Business Management at Higher Level.
