This academic year marks an exciting milestone for the British School of Córdoba with the opening of its first boarding house, welcoming students from Spain and around the world. Designed to provide a safe, stimulating, and family-like environment, the residence offers students a true “home away from home” during the school week.
The boarding house welcomes its first 14 students, who will become the founding members of this unique international community. Located in one of Córdoba’s most privileged areas, the residence combines the tranquility of a mountain-surrounded setting with the convenience of the city nearby. Students enjoy both the calm environment needed for focused study and the opportunity to discover the cultural and social richness of the city on weekends.
Life in the boarding house goes far beyond accommodation. It is a space where students grow academically and personally, supported by caring staff and surrounded by friends. Collaboration, independence, and responsibility are encouraged, while strong bonds of friendship develop through daily life together. Every detail has been designed to create warmth and comfort, making students feel part of a family.
With this new residence, the British School of Córdoba reaffirms its commitment to holistic education — nurturing academic excellence while fostering personal growth, global awareness, and resilience. Students benefit from a secure, supportive environment close to nature, combined with the vibrant life of Córdoba, a city rich in history and culture.
The opening of the boarding house expands the school’s educational offering and creates an opportunity for students worldwide to live a unique experience of learning, sharing, and growing together every day.
We look forward to welcoming new families to our community, where every student can find their place, their passion, and their path to the future.
