World Schools IB Results 2025

St. Joseph’s Institution International (SJI International) proudly celebrates the achievements of its Class of 2025 in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme. With close to 200 students completing the full IB Diploma, SJI International once again demonstrates academic strength on a large scale, maintaining a track record of strong results alongside the school’s holistic approach to education and character development.

This year, 195 students successfully completed the full IB Diploma, achieving an average score of 38 points, significantly above the world average and an impressive accomplishment in one of the world’s most rigorous pre-university programmes. These results reflect not only academic consistency but also the perseverance and ambition that define its students.

Highlights of the Class of 2025 include:

  • 195 students achieved the full IB Diploma

  • An average score of 38, well above the global average

  • 39% of students achieved 40 points or more

  • 21% of students achieved 42 points or more

  • The highest individual score achieved was 45

While the statistics reflect the academic excellence of the school, the true success of the IB journey lies in the holistic development of each student.

High School Principal Mr Bradley Bird said “We are immensely proud of the Class of 2025. With close to 200 students completing the full IB Diploma, each has achieved something truly remarkable. Their results tell only part of the story – these young people have shown resilience, integrity, and service in abundance, living out the values of Faith, Service, Community, Excellence and Respect that define our Lasallian identity. They leave us as compassionate, confident, and globally minded graduates ready to make a difference.”

This year also marks a significant milestone for SJI International, as the school’s first two Lasallian Scholarship recipients, Matthew Chua and Darius Kawasoe, graduate with the Class of 2025. The Lasallian Scholarship – a merit and means-tested award for Singapore Citizens – provides six years of full educational support from Grade 7 (Sec 1) through to the completion of the IB Diploma Programme. Their success exemplifies the Lasallian mission to nurture young people through transformative education.
