A Day to Remember
The auditorium fills with applause as the first students walk across the stage to receive their diplomas. A short while later, the scene shifts to the school’s rooftop terrace, where formalities give way to hugs, group photos and conversations that accompany every important milestone.
This is how Acorn International School celebrated the Graduation of the Class of 2026, bringing together students, families, teachers and friends to mark the end of one journey and look ahead to the opportunities that lie ahead.
Taking the Stage
The ceremony took place in the school’s auditorium, where Year 13 students received their diplomas in front of the wider school community.
Among the most memorable moments of the morning were the speeches delivered by the students themselves. Through reflections, words of gratitude and shared memories, they looked back on the years spent at Acorn and the experiences that shaped their journey.
Musical performances added a personal touch to the ceremony, creating an atmosphere that was both heartfelt and uplifting.
A Celebration for the Whole Community
Following the diploma ceremony, the celebrations continued on the school’s rooftop terrace, which was transformed into a welcoming space for students, families, teachers and guests to come together.
With music playing in the background and plenty of opportunities to capture memories through photographs, the afternoon offered a chance to celebrate not only academic achievement, but also the friendships and connections built over the years.
A Special Lunch to Mark the Occasion
Guests were treated to a lunch prepared by the school’s chef, followed by the traditional Graduation cake. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to share stories, reflect on memorable moments and celebrate the achievements of the graduating class.
More Than a Ceremony
Every Graduation celebrates an academic milestone, but it also tells a deeper story: one of growth, perseverance, friendship and shared experiences.
