Year 13 students at Virtus College celebrate remarkable graduation

Virtus College proudly celebrated the graduation of its Year 13 students, marking the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and growth. The ceremony, held on the Virtus campus, was a joyous occasion attended by students, families, teachers, and distinguished guests.

The event started with Raquel Fernández Montes, Education Manager from British Council, who highlighted the importance of British Schools all around the world, and congratulated Virtus for being accredited as an official British School in Spain.

Virtus’ Head Boy and Head Girl reflected on their journeys and the support they received from the Virtus community. “I’ve learned that family isn’t built on time or blood, it’s built on experiences and love, and this school has a lot of it”, mentioned Virtus’ Head Girl.

The event finished with a heartfelt address by the Headteacher, Mrs. Radford, who praised the graduating class for their resilience and achievements, particularly in the face of unprecedented challenges over the past few years. “Our students are kind, they are polite, they are the best ambassadors a headteacher can ask for” Mrs. Radford remarked. “I could not be prouder, so thank you parents for letting us enjoy them this year.”
