Students from Virtus College have earned national recognition for their outstanding performance in the highly competitive International British Physics Olympiad Challenge. This prestigious competition saw 3,777 students from 550 schools across the UK push their problem-solving skills and physics knowledge beyond A-level standards.
Three students from the school achieved impressive results:
- Silver Award: one student placed among the top 23.6% of participants, a remarkable achievement in such a challenging national competition.
- Bronze I Award: one student secured a spot in the top 45%, showcasing exceptional problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of physics.
- Commendation: one student was recognized for their resilience and determination in tackling one of the UK’s toughest physics challenges.
