Sora is more than just the best accredited online middle and high school. We provide flexible scheduling and learning options, a challenging academic program, and a safe and joyful community.

Sora students follow the same academic curriculum as traditional school students, but it’s packaged into interesting classes they can choose from. The school year is organized into cycles, and students select three to four teacher-led online classes at a time. Instead of cramming for tests, they demonstrate their knowledge through projects.

Sora breaks the mold of traditional education. Students meet in live, synchronous classes sessions where they dive into real-world topics that interest them. These classes blend disciplines and focus on hands-on, project-based learning instead of tests. Our approach develops curious, independent thinkers who are prepared for high school and beyond.
