Dulwich College Beijing was the second to join the Dulwich College International (DCI) family of schools, opening its doors in 2005 to a few hundred students. Dulwich College Beijing is made up of over 1600 students from age 3 to age 18, with over 30 different nationalities represented in our diverse student body. Dulwich College Beijing links to Dulwich College, founded in 1619, are strong, and we collaborate closely with the other schools in the network to encourage an international outlook and create an extended community where academic ability is fostered, creativity is valued, and diversity is celebrated.

Dulwich College Beijing is an international (British) school offering a holistic curriculum across Early Years through Senior School. with a Mandarin‑English dual language programme in DUCKS. Our junior school uses topic‑based cross‑curricular learning, while senior students follow the British National Curriculum, IGCSE, the IB Diploma Programme and A Levels. We adopt a holistic approach to nurture students’ confidence and curiosity, supported by rich co‑curricular activities. Dulwich College Beijing has over 150 co-curricular activities that students either organise or take part of, creating a pathway for them to pursue their learning beyond the classroom,expand their interests beyond academics while also making like-minded acquaintances. These co-curricular activities help develop their social, leadership, organisational, creative, technical, speaking and listening skills, amongst others, activating their own voice and choice in the way they learn on their journey to becoming mature learners who can take ownership of their learning. Skills like these are critical for academic success, university life and their overall wellbeing.

Dulwich College Beijing provides a supportive learning environment that fosters students’ intellectual, physical, social and emotional growth. It boasts exceptional sports facilities, such as two sports domes, a multi‑purpose sports hall, six tennis courts, a FIFA two‑star football pitch, a natural grass rugby pitch, and the only student cricket pitch in Beijing. The school also offers excellent performing arts and learning facilities, including two theatres, two black box theatres, dedicated music and art rooms, a radio studio, and three libraries with more than 70,000 resources.

Enrollment
Dulwich College Beijing operates rolling admissions alongside set primary entry periods. The main entry point is the start of the academic year in August. Applications are accepted year-round and reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with late applications considered if vacancies exist in the relevant grade level.
