British School of Córdoba Students Embody Core Values in Fundraiser for the Bangassou Foundation At the British School of Córdoba, our core values—respect, responsibility, inquiry, caring, open-mindedness, self-belief, integrity, and community—are at the heart of everything we do. Recently, our students put these values into action by organizing a fundraiser in support of the Bangassou Foundation, an organization dedicated to assisting vulnerable communities in the Central African Republic.
This initiative showcased our students’ commitment to respect and caring as they learned about the challenges faced by others and took responsibility for making a difference. Through inquiry and open-mindedness, they explored ways to contribute effectively, demonstrating integrity in their efforts to create a meaningful impact. Their self-belief drove them to take initiative, and their strong sense of community united them in achieving a common goal.
From organizing events to raising awareness within the school, our students worked collaboratively and showed leadership in service learning—an essential part of the holistic education we provide.
