Andersen International School follows the British National Curriculum from Nursery to Middle School (aged 2 to 13), and the IB Programme in High School (aged 14 to 17).

The High School is an authorised International Baccalaureate World School through the Middle Years (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP), one of the world’s most respected and comprehensive educational pathways.

Andersen International School was founded in 2000 by Italian entrepreneur Bianca Parravicini and remains under her direct leadership, reflecting her founding vision, ethos, and philosophy.

Andersen International School (International Institute of Higher Education SRL) is an independent private international school in Milan. It follows the British National Curriculum from Nursery through Year 9, and offers the International Baccalaureate in High School (IB Middle Years Programme and IB Diploma Programme) for ages approximately 14–17. The school is internationally oriented, with students from many nationalities, and provides both English-based education and an Italian component; Primary and Middle School are recognised as Scuole Paritarie by the Italian Ministry of Education, and the High School is an authorised IB World School.
