学术界
日本拉格比学校是一所学术性选拔学校，学生来自 15 个国家。我们提供英国课程，帮助学生准备 I/GCSE、AS 和 A 级考试。学生以英语为教学语言，因此，所有学生都应具备一定的英语水平，以便能够学习课程。我们引以为豪的是，我们提供的教育不仅在学业上具有挑战性，而且力求培养学生的全面发展。作为一所苹果学校，我们的学生在 10 年级之前使用 iPad，然后在 11-13 年级使用笔记本电脑。

课外活动
所有学生都应参加联课活动。学校的课外活动丰富多彩，共有 55 项活动，包括各种体育和艺术活动。其中还包括模拟联合国俱乐部、辩论和国际象棋俱乐部。学校充分利用当地社区提供的资源，并与当地企业家和当地大学建立了牢固的关系，将其作为联合课程的一部分。
寄宿学校
学校于 2023 年 9 月开学，有两栋寄宿宿舍（School House 和 Rupert Brooke House）。2024 年 9 月，又有两栋寄宿宿舍（都铎宿舍和郡长宿舍）投入使用，2025 年 9 月再有两栋宿舍投入使用。寄宿设施是专为寄宿生社区设计和建造的。目前，全校 60% 的学生都是每周寄宿生和全寄宿生，由经验丰富的工作人员负责照顾。寄宿生宿舍的宿舍长和宿舍管理员及其副手均为学校教师。寄宿生还可以使用学校的设施。 寄宿生还可以使用学校的设施，学校还安排了周末活动，让寄宿生充分感受日本的美好环境。寄宿教职员工与学生家庭之间存在一种特殊的伙伴关系，相互信任是家校关系的核心。
