Overview
The English Montessori School (TEMS) provides a distinctive educational experience for students aged 1 to 18, uniting the strengths of both the British and Spanish curricula with the enduring benefits of the Montessori philosophy. From Pre-Nursery to Pre-University, students flourish in innovative campuses that combine cutting-edge facilities with inspiring outdoor learning spaces.
With over 50 years of dedication to Montessori values, our holistic approach nurtures independence, curiosity, and emotional intelligence. These qualities are developed from the Early Years and continue through our Explore sessions, Enrichment afternoons, and Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) initiatives in the upper years.
At the Pre-University level, students have the flexibility to choose from three respected academic pathways: the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), A Levels, or the Spanish Bachillerato—each offering wide-ranging university opportunities and global preparedness.
TEMS shapes confident, multilingual students who are socially and environmentally aware—ready not only for academic success, but for life beyond the classroom.
