Academics
At British Online School, students aged 7–16 follow a full Cambridge-accredited curriculum that mirrors the experience of mainstream schooling. Our core academic subjects—Mathematics, English, and Science—form the foundation of our programme, ensuring students build essential skills and knowledge. Beyond the core, students have the opportunity to explore a broad range of subjects including Humanities, Languages, ICT and Computer Science, Creative Arts, Business Studies, and English Literature as an optional subject, offering a balanced and stimulating education.
We also place a strong emphasis on personal development and wellbeing. Tutor and form time, whole-school assemblies, and our Future Leaders Awards provide students with opportunities to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and foster a sense of community. Our dedicated SENCo and pastoral team ensure that every child’s individual needs are supported, helping students to flourish both academically and personally.
Extra curricular
Extra-curricular clubs and enrichment activities allow students to explore interests beyond the classroom, from arts and creative projects to coding and academic pursuits. Parents are fully supported through regular Meet the Teacher days, giving them insight into their child’s progress and maintaining a strong partnership between school and home.
At British Online School, we combine academic excellence, Cambridge accreditation, and a caring, community-focused approach to create an environment where every child can thrive, grow, and reach their full potential.
