To Know. To Question. To Share.
Excellence at StGIS means more than academic achievement. Our learning mantra – to know, to question, to share – guides students to develop skills, values, and a mindset aligned with the IB Learner Profile and a life of purpose.
Extra curricular
Discover Your Passions.
Learning at StGIS goes beyond the classroom through our outstanding extra-curricular Activities Programme, offered on weekday afternoons and Saturdays (for boarders and nearby day students). Activities are offered through clubs in the areas of Outdoor Education,Sports,Creative Arts, and Service, Cultural & Academics.
Grow with the Seasons.
Activities are selected three times a year (Sept, Nov, Apr) to match the seasons. Choices are made via an online platform accessible to students and parents. Grade 5: optional; Grades 6–12: three activities/week
Follow a Guiding Light.
Our staff, alongside external experts, lead all activities – creating meaningful connections beyond the classroom. Teachers are certified in areas including lifeguarding, rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, and powerboating to ensure safe, high-quality experiences.

Community Comes First.
We foster confidence, character, and a balanced lifestyle – helping students reach their full potential through structure, trust, and support.
Our Boarding Goals:
– Promoting self-management skills, ensuring we are ready for boarding life.
– Encouraging open minded communication and respectful conversations to increase our awareness of international mindedness.
– Collaborating as a whole boarding community to create a safeenvironment where we can all feel at home and flourish.
Live, Learn, Belong.
