ENROLMENT PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS 2025 – 20261. DocumentationEnrolment Documents for All Students:•Completed Enrolment forms. •Color copy of the student’s birth certificate. •Certified copy of school reports for the last 3 years. •Transfer Letter from the former school.Additional Documents for Indonesian Students:-Color copy of the Family Registration Card (stating candidate's name).-Transfer letter (Surat Penyaluran Siswa Pindahan dari Luar Negeri) from Indonesia Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) for students enrolling from overseas school.-Students moving from schools within Indonesia must present Yr6/Yr9 certificate.Additional Documents for Expatriate Students:-Color copy of parents (father & mother) / guardian and candidate's passport.-Color copy of parents (father & mother) / guardian and candidate's KITAS. Age of students: The cut off date for student age is October 31st.Registration: Purchase the enrolment form for each child Rp. 1.000.000 (non-refundable).2. Assessment:2.1 Kindergarten – Year 6:Students are invited for a one-day trial / test / observation to assess whether the students meet the following requirements:-Demonstrates appropriate social and emotional development, behavior and attitude.-Demonstrates sufficient English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills for the year level.-Demonstrates appropriate mathematics skills for his/her age.-The school can request the student to complete a second trial/test day if necessary.2.2 Yr. 7 – 11:Cognitive ability test. English essay test. Bahasa Indonesia essay test. Korean essay test (For Korean students only). Interview with Principal or Counselor or Coordinator. Students in Year 7 will take the WIDA test for language placement decisions.3. Notification:Parents will be notified by the school regarding the trial/test result approximately 2 (two) weeks after the trial/test. Global Jaya School has the sole right to accept or reject the application of a new student. Decisions taken are final. Reapplication can be made for the following semester.4. Payment:The Development Fee (SP) for 1 (one) year must be paid before the due date, as stated in the notification letter. For Kindergarten & Reception student, there is a minimum 1 term Tuition Fee (SPP) must be paid as stated in the notification letter. No Development Fee (SP) for Kindergarten or Reception students. If payment is not received by this date, the offer will be revoked.
