1) Healthy – To enter school healthy, and to learn about and practice a healthy lifestyle.
2) Safe – To learn in an environment that is physically and emotionally safe for students and adults.
3) Engaged – To actively engage in learning and connect to the school and broader community.
4) Supported – To have access to personalized learning and to be supported by qualified, caring adults.
5) Challenged – To be challenged academically and prepared for success in college or further study and for employment and participation in a global environment.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Concordia’s Elementary program is a safe and caring environment filled with loving teachers who are focused on providing a world class education for each and every student.
Essential to Concordia’s success is a healthy partnership between parents and the school so that all children achieve their goals. Concordia desires for every child to be empowered to learn as much as they can, as fast as they can, each and every day that they are in attendance at school.
Concordia delivers a rigorous, whole-child-centered curriculum that is age-appropriate. While our curriculum is based out of North America, our lessons have been tailored to meet the needs of children living in Vietnam who wish to be globally minded thinkers.
Children from all backgrounds and ability levels are able to study together due to the teachers’ skill of individualizing the curriculum. Our teachers are experts at finding out where each child is and taking them to the next level.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Our Middle School program gives students a full range of educational experiences – both in and beyond the classroom. Students spend most of their days at Concordia’s Middle School taking core courses, special courses, and elective courses as well as participating in a range of activities.
Core courses include Mathematics, Language Arts, Social Studies, and Science. Students select a modern language: Mandarin, Spanish, or English as an Additional Language (EAL). All Middle School students take Physical Education each year. As students progress through the Middle School program, they take courses in Visual Art, Music, Coding & Robotics, and Life Skills.
Middle School students also take two exploratory classes each semester in which they explore new interests. In all of our courses, our teachers emphasize skills that matter: creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
HIGH SCHOOL
Concordia’s High School offers a rigorous academic program customized to the student’s individual needs and interests, applying an American-style curriculum to the global perspective of our community.
Just as a student’s education should affect their life, so should their life shape their education. Through offering specialized Advanced Placement (AP) and Dual-Credit courses that cater to the individual needs, we push each student to be actively engaged in their own learning.
The United States AP program offers university-level curricula and examinations to earn college credit, and the program is widely recognized by universities around the world.

Concordia Athletics is committed to developing future leaders through the power of sports.
