Cambridge School of Bucharest will welcome families to Discover CSB on Saturday, 10 October 2026, offering children and parents the opportunity to explore the campus, meet the school community, and experience what learning at CSB could look like for students aged 3 to 18.
During their visit, families will tour the school, including its new cafeteria and sports hall. Step inside classrooms and specialist learning spaces, and explore areas dedicated to sport, STEM, the creative arts, and outdoor learning. They will also learn more about the facilities still to come and the opportunities these developments will create for students.
Heads of Year, teachers, senior leaders, and current students will be available throughout the event to answer questions and share an authentic insight into life at CSB. Children will have the chance to explore their potential learning environments, meet students of a similar age, and take part in enriching activities designed to make learning engaging and enjoyable.
Each stage of the Discover CSB experience will reflect the needs and interests of different age groups. Younger children will explore how purposeful play, discovery, and structured activities support their first steps in learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Primary-aged children will see the classrooms and specialist spaces where students develop strong academic foundations, explore their interests, and build confidence. Families will also discover how enriching experiences and extracurricular opportunities bring learning to life beyond the classroom.
For Secondary and Sixth Form students, the visit will offer an insight into how CSB combines specialist teaching and high academic expectations with personalised support. Families can learn more about the school’s strong examination results across IGCSEs, A Levels, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, as well as its university and careers guidance, job shadowing, work experience, leadership, community service, and volunteering opportunities.
The campus tour will highlight the facilities that support learning, student life, and a community where families feel like they belong. Families will explore newcurrent and upcoming spaces, including an athletics track, a sports hall, a creative arts hub and amphitheatre, a STEM makerspace, a new library, a modern canteen, and additional outdoor areas. Together, these spaces will give students more opportunities to learn, create, collaborate, socialise, and enjoy school life.
Whether their child is 4, 10, or 16, families will leave with a clearer sense of where they could learn, the opportunities they could embrace, and the community they could become part of. However, families do not need to be actively searching for a new school to attend. Discover CSB is also an invitation to spend time on campus, meet the people who shape the school experience, enjoy the atmosphere, and keep CSB in mind when the time comes to consider the next step in their child’s education.
