On the theme “Voices for Peace” UWC Day on 21 September started with a message from Faith Abiodun, UWC International Chief Executive, which was followed by an all-school session on cultural intelligence led by our teacher of English Sushil Sivaram and his team of volunteers. We then had a parade of nations and a United World Market, with 150,000 AMD raised for UNICEF Armenia. The UWC Day Committee including Jeffrey Morales Lopez (Guatemala, UWCD’26), Jonas Borgemeister (Germany, UWCD’26), Katerina Monych (Germany, UWCD’26), Lilli Meissner (Germany, UWCD’27), Natalia Kavtelishvili (Georgia, UWCD’26), Pranika Shrestha (Nepal, UWCD’26), Viktoria Vovkotrub (Russia, UWCD’26) and Dan Song (China, UWCD’26) did an amazing job to make it a memorable occasion.
