Since 2003, Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong has stood as the pioneering school of the Dulwich College International family in Shanghai, nurturing a diverse international community of over 1600 students aged 2-18 from forty-plus nationalities. Whilst we hold a distinguished reputation for academic excellence with IB results consistently surpassing the global average, our holistic educational philosophy prioritises the whole child’s development, balancing academic achievement with unwavering focus on student wellbeing through tailored pastoral support and age-appropriate wellbeing programmes. Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong offers a holistic, internationally-focused academic program for ages 2–18. Our curriculum integrates the English National Curriculum with global frameworks: DUCKS (Early Years) provides play-based learning with dual-language immersion to build foundational skills; Junior School delivers topic-based, cross-curricular learning fostering curiosity and independent inquiry; Senior School follows the enhanced English National Curriculum (Years 7–9), rigorous IGCSE (Years 10–11), and globally recognized IBDP (Years 12–13) with consistently above-global-average results.

Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), The Heads' Conference (HMC), International Baccalaureate Organization World Schools (IBO), and Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Our College is certified to offer IB, ACT, pre-ACT, PSAT and SAT examinations. We are certified test centres for ABRSM music and LAMDA drama examinations. The Beijing and Shanghai campuses are also audition centres for Berklee College.

Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong’s purpose-built campus provides purposeful, world-class facilities to support our holistic “Live Worldwise” learning philosophy: a 750-seat professional theatre, black box studio, music practice rooms, and recording studio for performing arts; a 25-meter indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gymnasium, outdoor sports pitches (football, basketball, tennis), and fitness center for physical development; specialized science labs, design technology workshops, art studios, digital media labs, and section-specific libraries for academic and creative inquiry; age-appropriate classrooms, outdoor play areas, and sensory spaces tailored to Early Years and Junior students.
