High School Parent at Dwight Upper School
Exceptional Academics and Community at Dwight Upper School
Our son is in his second year at Dwight Upper School, having started in ninth grade. We are extremely pleased with Dwight for many reasons, including the high level of academics that has been maintained throughout the pandemic, and the teachers who have remained engaged and accessible despite the challenges of remote teaching. The manner in which Dwight has navigated through the pandemic is beyond commendable and the communication has been outstanding every step of the way. Besides the academics, we also appreciate the many programs Dwight offers such as sports, theatre, music, innovation and community service to name a few, as well as Dwight’s vast course offerings in it’s Diploma Program, which our son has just started to consider. It really is a wonderful school, with a welcoming community!

Excellent Programs and Supportive Environment
I have a sophomore at Dwight who has been there since sixth grade and loves it. The programs and opportunities for the kids have all been amazing. The small class sizes really allow the teachers to have an excellent understanding of the children's abilities and progress, and also makes it easy for kids to see out extra help. I highly recommend the school.

I could not be more pleased with our family school choice! Our daughter joined Dwight School in eighth grade and was the best educational decision we ever made. The entire school, faculty, staff, and families are so welcoming and diverse. Every student is seen and perceived as a unique individual. The IB curriculum offers extensive learning opportunities and enriches the academic curriculum in an interwoven organic fashion. Students not only learned but are involved, inspired, and guided by amazingly high-level passionate educators. Words are not enough to express how happy we are and how highly we recommend Dwight School!

The school culture is welcoming and supportive, the IB curriculum is challenging and engaging, and my girls are thrilled to wake up and go to school each and every day. We truly feel like we could not have found a better school home. The school's international and entrepreneurial focus especially appealed to our family and these values go beyond a mission statement into day to day practices you see and feel as a part of the school community. Our daughters are proud to have friends from all over the world, they ask great questions and are confident to express their ideas.
