Last weekend, on 14–16 November, the Armenian Junior Swimming Championship, which brought together 170 swimmers from across Armenia, took place in Yerevan. We are proud to share that Maya Luria (Italy and Israel, UWCD ’27) represented UWC Dilijan in the tournament and got medals in two categories:
50m Breaststroke – 1st Place (0:37.30)
100m Breaststroke – 3rd Place (1:23.30)
She says, “During this weekend I had the opportunity to represent UWCD in the Armenian junior swimming championship in Yerevan. I am very grateful to be able to continue competing in my sport while living the UWC experience.” Congratulations to Maya for her outstanding performance and remarkable results at the championship!
