At St. George’s School Munich, academic ambition is at the heart of all we do. We set high expectations and prepare pupils for internationally recognised IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) and IB (International Baccalaureate) qualifications, while our small classes and careful attention to students ensure that everyone is known, appropriately challenged and supported to take responsibility for their own progress.
The day school for pupils aged 2 – 18 follows the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and the National Curriculum of England from Pre-Nursery to Year 9. They provide the opportunity to choose IGCSE studies at Key Stage 4, followed by the International Baccalaureate (IB) in the final two years before graduation. The St. George’s British International Schools are IB World Schools offering the IB Diploma Programme (DP) and the IB Career-related Programme (CP).

We offer a wide range of after-school clubs (100+ ), from sport to creative and academic pursuits (go-kart, chess, textile, MUN (Model United Nations, chinese, etc.). After-school academic clinics are also available to assist students needing extra help in specific subjects or looking to deepen their knowledge. We encourage all students to take advantage of these opportunities to enrich their school experience, develop new skills and discover their passion.
Facilities
Students can easily access St. George's School Munich with public transport from the city center to the school nearby metro station, Kieferngarten, which is only a 7-minute walk.
Alternatively, we offer a school bus service operated by an external provider. They cover a 60-minute radius from school and offer door-to-door service morning and afternoon.
The modern school, located in the heart of Munich, is housed in a purpose-built facility. It features a variety of specialised rooms designed to enhance the students' learning experience: Theater, Design and Technology, Textile, individual Music rooms, Recording Studio, Computer Science, Sports Halls, Outdoor Sport Pitch, Student Kitchen.
