As Noah graduates from 8th grade, I would like to express our deepest gratitude on behalf of our family. Looking back at his time at RAS from 2024 to 2026, the past two years have been like a beautiful marathon—a journey filled with remarkable growth, discovery, and pure joy. Thank you to the entire RAS boarding team, teachers, and friends for making these two years unforgettable. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Aston has settled into boarding life really well and has become noticeably more independent and confident over the past year. He enjoys being part of the boarding community and is building stronger friendships along the way. The support and pastoral care from John and the wider boarding team have been a big part of that. As parents, it\’s reassuring to know he is in an environment where staff know him well, take an interest in his wellbeing, and provide the right balance of support and encouragement. Our family is incredibly grateful for the time our son, Neo, spent (Aug 2024- June 2026) at the Raffles Boarding House. As parents, we always had complete peace of mind knowing that Neo was surrounded by an environment where he felt deeply cared for, supported, and safe every single day. The experience meant the world to Neo. He not only grew as an individual but also built lasting friendships and created lifelong memories that he will carry forward into his future. We are so thankful to the entire boarding team for leaving such a beautiful, positive impact on his life. If the opportunity arises in the future, we would absolutely love for Neo to rejoin this wonderful boarding family. Thank you, Mr. John, for everything!

Dear Mr. John, I hope this email finds you well. As I look back on Ujin’s time at the boarding house, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude, and I felt compelled to write this letter to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sending my daughter so far away from Mongolia to study was a major decision for our family, but your presence made all the distance disappear. When Ujin first left for the school, it was her very first time living away from home and being in a foreign country. As a mother, my heart was filled with anxiety and fear. I constantly worried about how my daughter would adapt to a completely new environment, handle her daily life, and cope with her studies so far away from me. However, you completely washed away all my fears. Your strict adherence to safety principles, combined with your incredibly warm and caring heart, made all the difference. You looked after Ujin not just as a student, but as if she were your own daughter. To see you stay so close to the children, guiding and protecting them with the warmth of a father, has been deeply moving. For so many boarders who are far from their families, you have truly been like a devoted father figure. I would also like to express my special thanks to you for constantly keeping in touch. Even though we were thousands of miles apart, your regular emails and updates about Ujin meant the world to me. Hearing from you so consistently was an incredible support and gave me immense comfort. Furthermore, I want to extend my deepest appreciation to all the boarding teachers and staff. I will never forget how everyone rallied to care for Ujin and supported her with so much kindness, especially during the times when she was unwell. Knowing she was in such loving and capable hands gave me the greatest peace of mind a mother could ask for. Thank you, Mr. John, for standing in our place and showering Ujin with the love, care, and attention that we could not physically give her from home. This is a really good school – the academics are top notch. What has made the difference for my children is the culture of inclusion. In both elementary and middle school, the TCIS has invested in connecting kids and building community. My children feel like they belong and can\’t imagine being anywhere else!
