概要
バルセロナ・アメリカンスクール（ASB）は1962年に設立され、スペイン・バルセロナ郊外のエスプルゲス・デ・ジョブレガートに位置する私立の非営利インターナショナルスクールです。幼児教育から12年生まで約970名の生徒が在籍し、60以上の国籍を持つ生徒が共に学んでいます。英語・スペイン語・カタルーニャ語の3言語で授業が行われており、多様な文化的背景を持つ家庭にとって馴染みやすい環境が整っています。
学習カリキュラムの面では、アメリカン・カリキュラム、IBディプロマプログラム（IBDP）、IBキャリア関連プログラム（IBCP）、BTECなど複数の選択肢が用意されており、生徒それぞれの進路に合わせた卒業資格を取得できます。教員と生徒の比率は1対7と少人数制に近い環境が保たれています。年間授業料はおよそ14,114ユーロから27,062ユーロとなっています。
キャンパスの施設はすべて過去10年以内に新築または全面改装されており、全教室にエアコンが完備されています。また、PK3（幼稚園入学前）に入学する生徒を対象とした「リトル・リンクス奨学金」制度があり、長期スペイン在住者やASB卒業生の子弟が応募資格を持ちます。

- Multiple sports fields allowing for girls and boys basketball, volleyball, soccer, and flag football teams to train on campus
- A fitness center with cardio machines and weights
