协和国际学校上海校区创建于1998年，位于上海浦东新区金桥国际社区明月路999号。学校为幼儿园至高中阶段的学生提供全英文授课的美式教育课程，招收年龄从0至19岁的学生。目前在校学生约1150人，来自29个不同国家和地区，师生比例为1:8，课堂规模相对较小，教师能够给予学生较为充分的个人关注。
