Smart Schools International offers a simple, flexible tuition model for international students. Our standard tuition is $175 per month, with no registration fee and no additional charges for enrollment, advising, or access to our core online learning platforms.
Monthly tuition includes:
Access to core high school courses delivered through Edgenuity
Instruction, grading, and feedback from certified U.S. teachers
Academic advising and progress monitoring
Student success coaching and basic support services
Use of PowerSchool for grades, transcripts, and communication
CTE and AP Courses:
Students who choose to enroll in specialized Career & Technical Education (CTE) courses or Advanced Placement (AP) courses pay an additional $50 per month during the time they are taking those courses. This reflects the added curriculum licensing and support required for these advanced options.
Possible Additional Costs:
In some cases, international students may need their transcripts translated or formally evaluated to determine U.S. credit equivalencies. This is not required for all students. When needed, families can expect this cost to be up to approximately $350, paid directly to an external translation or evaluation service.

We offer the Global Vision Scholarship, a partial-tuition scholarship available to qualified international applicants who demonstrate strong academic potential, financial need, or exceptional personal achievements.
Global Vision Scholarship Highlights:
Merit-based: Awarded to students with strong academic performance, motivation, or leadership qualities.
Needs-based: Available for families who require financial support to access online U.S. education.
Partial tuition coverage: Scholarships reduce monthly tuition costs and can be applied across the school year.
Eligibility:
Students ages 14–19 who are enrolling in Smart Schools International and can demonstrate academic readiness, commitment to online learning, good standing in their local school, and/or financial need are encouraged to apply.
Application Process:
Applicants may request scholarship information during the admissions process. After submitting their initial application, eligible students will receive instructions on how to provide a short personal statement, academic records, and any optional materials that support their merit or financial need. Scholarships are reviewed on a rolling basis and awarded based on available funding.

Certified U.S. Teachers Students receive direct academic instruction, grading, and personalized feedback from certified U.S. teachers. Teachers monitor progress, answer questions, and provide additional help when needed. 2. Dedicated Academic Advisors Each student is paired with an advisor who guides them from enrollment to graduation. Advisors help students select courses, create academic plans, track weekly progress, and provide encouragement and accountability. 3. Success Coaches & Mentors Students who need extra support can connect with SSI Success Coaches who help with time management, study skills, pacing, and staying organized in an online environment. 4. 24/7 Access to Coursework The online learning platform is accessible anytime, allowing students to work at their own pace and schedule—ideal for different time zones and unique learning styles. 5. Progress Monitoring & Parent Updates Parents receive regular updates, progress reports, and communication from teachers and advisors. Students can also track their own performance through built-in dashboards. 6. Technical Support Students have access to technical assistance for platform navigation, login issues, and basic troubleshooting to ensure a smooth online learning experience. 7. College & Career Guidance Students planning for university or future careers receive support with course planning, university pathways, CTE programs, and ASU Dual Enrollment credit opportunities. 8. Edgenuity Online Learning Platform Students complete their coursework through Edgenuity, a robust, multimedia learning system used by thousands of U.S. schools.
