Virtus College offers a world-class British education in Spain, grounded in the study of International A-Levels (IALs). These globally respected qualifications provide depth, flexibility, and academic prestige, making them the preferred choice for entry into leading universities worldwide. Structured around a modular format, IALs allow students to take assessments at multiple points across two years, promoting consistent progress, deeper understanding, and greater exam confidence.
Each student selects four A-Level subjects from a diverse range of 15. With the expert guidance of our academic staff, subject choices are carefully aligned to university ambitions and career goals. Health & safety
At Virtus College, we are deeply committed to the personal development of every student. Our goal is to nurture confident, responsible and self-aware individuals who are well-prepared for life beyond the classroom. Central to this is PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education) a core element of British education and a compulsory subject for all pupils. Our curriculum is aligned with the UK framework recommended by the PSHE Association and the Department for Education, and is designed to prepare students for life beyond the classroom. PSHE develops students’ social, moral, spiritual and cultural capital, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions and lead confident, healthy lives. It also plays a vital role in our whole-school approach to wellbeing and risk prevention. Topics such as nutrition, interpersonal relationships and mental health are reinforced through ongoing support and guidance, ensuring each student feels valued, supported and prepared to thrive.
