Programme
St George’s follows the structure of the English and Welsh National Curriculum, leading to IGCSEs (International General Certificate of Secondary Education), A (Advanced) levels and BTECs (Business and Technology Education Council). These qualifications allow entry to universities worldwide, while the BTEC qualifications are highly regarded by universities and employers for their real-world application. St George’s courses are challenging and offer opportunities to develop higher-level academic skills and competencies as required by providers of higher education.
St George’s students take a variety of IGCSEs during Key Stage 4 (Years 10 and 11). A range of A levels is offered during Key Stage 5 (Years 12 and 13). Level 2 BTECs can be taken in Key Stage 4, while Level 3 BTECs are an option for Key Stage 5.

Activités extrascolaires
St George’s Extra-Curricular Activities, After-School Care and Academic Support Club provide an opportunity for students to find new passions, develop skills, play a sport or catch up on homework, fully supervised by qualified staff.
The diverse range of activities is designed to complement academic learning and enhance creativity, teamwork and leadership. The programmes cater to various interests and skill levels, ensuring that every student finds something they love.
Installations
St George’s is conveniently located in Hamm in Luxembourg City. The purpose-built environment is designed to inspire and support learning for students from age 3 to 18. With six modern buildings, the campus offers a range of facilities to meet the needs of the school community.
The 300-seat auditorium, equipped with full lighting and sound technology, hosts drama productions, assemblies, music recitals and large-scale events.
St George’s newest addition, the Elsy Jacobs building, features two full-sized sports courts enabling top-level physical education and team sports in a purpose-crafted venue. The building’s six classrooms also boast panoramic views over Luxembourg.
Thoughtfully designed ‘pods’ around the campus allow students to work quietly and collaboratively outside the traditional classroom setting. During warmer months, the outdoor classroom blossoms into a hub for sustainability sessions.
Primary students enjoy a generous outdoor space: a pirate ship playground, a football pitch perfectly sized for smaller legs, a sloped play area affectionately known as “Tellytubby Hill”, slides and a wooden obstacle course.
For PE lessons, there is a running track, second gymnasium, larger football pitch, basketball court and a variety of outdoor areas to accommodate the active curriculum.
Additionally, there are well-equipped rooms, studios and laboratories for art, science, music, food technology, computer technology and more, along with inspiring libraries containing resources for all ages.
