Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access “Share Insights” from Your Dashboard
Log into your school dashboard and click the مشاركة الأفكار button to get started. You’ll be taken to the editorial contributions page.
2. Choose an Editorial Article
Select a topic that aligns with your expertise or school values. This ensures your insight is relevant and engaging to families.
3. Select a Section to Comment On
Once you’ve selected an article, click on the section where you’d like to contribute. Targeted insights perform better and provide more value to readers.
4. Write an Insight That Builds Trust — and Earns Visibility
Insights from your school appear directly within World-Schools’ most-read editorial articles — guides that attract thousands of families every month. These articles often rank on the first page of Google and are frequently shared by parents researching international education.
This makes them a unique opportunity to:
- Position your school as a trusted voice in education
- Earn visibility in front of engaged families — even beyond your region
- Contribute to conversations that matter to parents making key decisions
But success comes from writing with insight, not promotion. Parents are reading to understand — not to be sold to. The most helpful insights are upvoted by readers, and those appear higher in the article’s “What Schools Say” section.
What Makes a Great Insight?
- It teaches something — Share a takeaway that only someone with experience would know.
- It has a clear perspective — Offer your school’s opinion, values, or observations — not a brochure line.
- It reflects empathy — Think like a parent: What would you want someone to explain clearly?
Each Insight Includes:
- Headline — A clear summary of your perspective
- Quote or Commentary — 2–3 sentences offering real value or expertise
Your goal isn’t to “pitch” your school, but to contribute something useful that earns trust. A great insight can spark curiosity — and encourage families to learn more about your school — but that starts with generosity, clarity, and expertise.
Tip: Insights that are too generic or self-promotional tend to be skipped. Specificity is what earns votes — and visibility.
5. Publish and Go Live
Once submitted, your insight will appear instantly if it matches the topic. If it needs moderation, our team will review it within 24 hours.
Readers can vote your insight up if they find it useful. Highly rated insights appear prominently in the “What Schools Say” section.
