Uluslararas\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenciler \u0130svi\u00e7re'de kabul edilirken, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelen \u00f6\u011frenciler \u0130svi\u00e7re vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na hak kazanamazlar. \u00d6\u011frencilerin vatanda\u015f olmak istemeleri halinde di\u011fer yabanc\u0131larla ayn\u0131 vatanda\u015fl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7meleri gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n
\u0130svi\u00e7re'de bir yat\u0131l\u0131 okul \u00f6\u011frencisi vatanda\u015f olmak istiyorsa ve \u0130svi\u00e7re ile evlilik veya kan ba\u011f\u0131 yoluyla do\u011frudan bir aile ba\u011f\u0131 yoksa, vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusunda bulunmadan \u00f6nce \u00fclkede en az on y\u0131l ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekir. Ancak, sekiz ile 18 ya\u015flar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00fclkede ge\u00e7irilen her y\u0131l iki y\u0131l olarak say\u0131l\u0131r, ancak ki\u015finin \u00fclkede en az alt\u0131 y\u0131l ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n
Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusunda bulunacak ki\u015filerin \u00fclke i\u00e7inde belirli bir s\u00fcre ge\u00e7irmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, en az B1 seviyesinde bir ulusal dil ve A2 seviyesinde yaz\u0131l\u0131 dil bilgisine sahip olmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u0130svi\u00e7re'de yat\u0131l\u0131 bir okulda okurken ulusal bir dil \u00f6\u011frenen \u00f6\u011frenciler bu seviyeye daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ula\u015fabilirler.<\/p>\n
\u0130svi\u00e7re vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u015fvuran ki\u015filerin ba\u015fvuruda bulunabilmeleri i\u00e7in 'C' oturma iznine sahip olmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. Su\u00e7 kayd\u0131 olan veya sosyal yard\u0131m alan ki\u015filer 'C' oturma izni alamazlar, bu da vatanda\u015fl\u0131\u011fa ge\u00e7me s\u00fcrecini tamamlayamayacaklar\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n
