IB programlar\u0131 ilk olarak 1968 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130svi\u00e7re'nin Cenevre kentindeki e\u011fitimciler taraf\u0131ndan kurulmu\u015ftur. IB d\u00fcnya okullar\u0131, IB m\u00fcfredat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda alt\u0131 kategoriye giren dersleri y\u00fcr\u00fctme yetkisine sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitimcilerin, okullar\u0131n\u0131 IB D\u00fcnya Okulu olarak nitelendirmeden \u00f6nce bir IB dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131yla yak\u0131n bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, okullar\u0131n IB d\u00fcnya okulu standartlar\u0131n\u0131 koruma taahh\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fc, yasal okul belgelerini ve b\u00fct\u00e7e d\u00f6k\u00fcmlerini i\u00e7eren bir adayl\u0131k ba\u015fvurusunda bulunmalar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir.
