UWC South East Asia (UWCSEA) in Singapore is a not-for-profit IB World School. The K–12 academic curriculum is shaped by the UWC mission and guided by the UWCSEA profile and learning principles. A member of the global UWC movement, UWCSEA has been offering a mission-driven, values-based international education to students from more than 70 nationalities since 1971.
The learning programme at UWCSEA consists of five interlinking elements: academics, activities, outdoor education, personal and social education and service. While students do not spend an equal amount of time on each of the elements (for much of the year, the academic element takes up most of their day), the College places equal value on them. The elements combine to provide our students with a holistic, values-based education that develops them as individuals and as members of a global society.
CurriculumUWCSEA designed concept-based international curriculum leads to external examination courses: IGCSE (Grade 10) and IB Diploma (Grade 12).
