Health & safety
At Dulwich College Seoul, student wellbeing is a whole-community priority. Our approach is guided by the DCI Student Wellbeing Framework, a model developed with staff and students across the DCI family of schools, built on four principles: putting student health first, sharing responsibility for wellbeing across the community, respecting student voice and agency, and addressing root causes of stress and self-esteem challenges. Student engagement takes three forms: Voice, Agency, and Partnership, spanning feedback surveys to student-led peer mental health support. The home-school partnership is equally central. We provide integrated support systems for families, regular parent education initiatives, and open communication channels, because a strong home-school connection is foundational to every student's flourishing.
