Welkom bij ICS, een buitengewone internationale school en gemeenschap en een tweede thuis voor wereldwijd mobiele gezinnen die in en rond Z\u00fcrich wonen. Opgericht in 1960, zijn wij de eerste keus internationale school in Z\u00fcrich voor leerlingen van 3 tot 18 jaar. Onze onderwijstaal is Engels en alle leerlingen leren Duits, de taal van ons gastland. We ondersteunen leerlingen met een beperkte kennis van het Engels via ons programma 'Engels als tweede taal' (EAL). Onze kleuterschool omvat een tweetalige Engels\/Duits-component en meer dan 35 procent van onze afgestudeerden behaalt het gerenommeerde tweetalige IB-diploma. ICS-leerlingen scoren consistent ruim boven het wereldwijde gemiddelde op de extern beoordeelde IB-examens en zijn goed voorbereid op vervolgopleidingen. ICS streeft naar uitmuntendheid in haar onderwijs en in de programma's die ze aanbiedt. De school biedt onderwijs van wereldklasse, gegeven door zeer ervaren en uitzonderlijke docenten in een stimulerende en collaboratieve leeromgeving. Excursies zijn een integraal onderdeel van het leren bij ICS en geven leerlingen de kans om hun kennis toe te passen, hun horizon te verbreden en leiderschap en onafhankelijkheid te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n
