Accessing Your Current Plan<\/h2>\n

Once logged in to your School Dashboard:
\n\u2022 Locate the \u201cMy Plan\u201d tile or box on your dashboard homepage.
\n\u2022 Click on \u201cMy Plan\u201d to view the current membership plan your school is on.<\/p>\n

If your account manages more than one school, you\u2019ll see a breakdown of the plans for each school associated with your profile.<\/p>\n

Requesting an Upgrade<\/h2>\n

To inquire about an upgrade:<\/p>\n

  1. Click on the blue button labeled \u201cGet Help\u201d<\/li>\n
  2. On the new page you will be prompted to fill in a form:\n
      \n
    • Fill in your First and Last Name, Email, Role and School name.<\/li>\n
    • Select “Membership”<\/li>\n
    • Type your message and upload a file if you need to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      3. Once complete, click \u201cSubmit.\u201d<\/p>\n

      What Happens Next<\/h2>\n

      Once your request is submitted:<\/p>\n

      • Our team will review your message.<\/li>\n
      • We typically respond within one business day.<\/li>\n
      • A dedicated advisor will guide you through upgrade options, pricing, and next steps tailored to your school\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
