개요
템스 브리티시 스쿨은 2015년에 설립되어 마드리드 외곽의 마하다온다에 위치해 있습니다. 만 1세부터 18세까지의 학생들을 대상으로 영국 국가 교육과정과 국제 바칼로레아(IB) 과정을 함께 운영하며, 유아 초기 교육(EYFS)부터 시작해 IGCSE, A레벨, IB 디플로마까지 일관된 교육 체계를 갖추고 있습니다. 현재 약 350명의 학생이 재학 중이며, 30개국 이상의 다양한 국적을 가진 학생들로 구성되어 있습니다.
수업은 영어와 스페인어 이중 언어로 진행되며, 다국어 능력 개발을 중요하게 여깁니다. 교사 대 학생 비율이 1:7로 비교적 소규모 학급 환경을 유지하고 있어 학생 개개인에 대한 세심한 지도가 가능합니다. 스페인에 거주하면서도 영국식 교육과 IB 과정을 원하는 가정에게 적합한 선택지가 될 수 있습니다.
