These plans are guided by measurable and tangible objectives, designed to unlock each player’s full potential, and have the flexibility to adapt over the course of the season.

The Paris Saint-Germain Academy’s staff from Paris visits the Pro Residency Academy in Evian frequently. Players’ evaluations and progress reports are shared with the Paris Saint-Germain Academy Technical Directors.
