Stamford uses an American standards-based curriculum based on the rigorous and proven American Education Reaches Out (AERO) and Common Core Plus standards that develop a strong foundation in the core subjects such as language, art, math, humanities, and science. Stamford\u2019s Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) Program aims to enrich and supplement the educational experience at Stamford. CCA\u2019s commence from Pre-Primary (Kindergarten) and are structured across two semesters to enable students to maximize the breadth of activities offered. All CCAs run for between 45 and 60 minutes after 3 pm on weekdays. Our CCA programs allow students the opportunity to pursue a passion in greater depth or try something for the first time.Stamford offers over 50 high-quality CCA\u2019s in each academic year. The internal scholarship program is open to all Grade 9 to 11 students at Stamford American School.<\/p>\n
